PSA, Inc., is a multi-line Manufacturers Representative firm that specializes in the sales of telecommunications products. Our Sales Team is committed to providing excellent support and service to our customers. Today, more than ever before, our customers want solutions along with new technology and training. It is our continued goal to create customer demand for all of the manufacturers we represent through specifications, quality representation, and excellent customer relationships.
Professional Sales Agents, Inc. (PSA) was founded in 1978, with original emphasis in the telephony industry. Headquartered in Alpharetta (suburb of Atlanta), Georgia, our Company has expanded its coverage into a multitude of states, and a multitude of voice and data products.
PSA is located at 775 Goddard Court, Alpharetta, Georgia, at its 14,000 sq.ft. facility. At our headquarters location, we have incorporated a training facility of approximately 1,000 sq.ft, thus allowing for continued training in standards updates, new product introductions, and sales capabilities of our Principle lines represented to our customer base: end users, IOC’s, contractors, and consultants.
PSA has two additional sales offices located within our respective footprint: Plano, Texas, and Charlotte, North Carolina.
Our experience and diversification has allowed us to fulfill a multitude of applications, which include, but are not limited to, the telephony market, data market, electrical market and the OSP arena.
Our total mission is to increase sales.
Manufacturers Lines Represented:
As a Company, we strive to maintain synergy with the lines we represent in the market. We promote the opportunity to provide products from the C/O to the desktop. In this manner, we can system sell, as one call for one line, leads to multiple calls on the same customer, at the same initial call. By doing such, we are able to amortize our cost of sales, thus providing a very sensible and efficient cost for our Manufacturers we represent.
Specialization:
We have begun to provide “Specialized” sales personnel in strategic markets to allow maximization of sales time. The OSP business is a growing entity and we feel that by specializing we are able to capture more mind share and market share in this realm of potential growth, while continuing to preserve our Enterprise presence and specification with a very highly defined program (Own The End User). Currently, we have one individual in the Carolina’s and one individual in Georgia calling on the OSP market specifically. Our future endeavors include Texas and the Alabama/Tennessee markets.
Distributor Relationships:
PSA’s relationships with all channels are of the highest quality. We have very strong partnerships with Graybar, Anixter, Accutech, Power and Tel, CSC, Rexel, and Windstream. We are able to parlay these relationships into stock capabilities, and end user potentials.
Inside Sales:
With an inside sales/customer service Team at our Atlanta facility, we have the backing and support for proactive selling, quotations, and potential sales leads for our outside Sales Team members.
